Hired to administer the After Market Program and Large Electrical Motor Maintenance Training Seminars. Led the effort to develop strategic relationships with national OEM’s, Motor Maintenance Shops, Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Utility Companies to administer and execute large electrical motor maintenance training. Developed and Implemented the Training Seminars in Milwaukee and off-site.
- City of Los Angeles – Wastewater Treatment Facility
Developed and implemented Large Electrical Motor Maintenance Training Seminar for the City of Los Angeles at the Wastewater Treatment facility. The project duration was 8 months including initial development and coordination of intricate maintenance curriculum that was administered by Louis Allis Electrical Scientists and Engineers. The program included the training of 30+ Wastewater engineers and technicians and troubleshooting activities at the site.
- ComEd – Illinois
Developed and implemented Large Electrical Motor Maintenance Training Seminar for ComEd at their power plant in Downers Grove, Illinois. The project duration was 6 months including initial development and coordination of intricate maintenance curriculum that was administered by Louis Allis Electrical Scientists and Engineers. The program included the training of 65 + utility engineers and technicians and troubleshooting activities at the site.
- Milwaukee Art Museum – CG Schmidt Construction and Friends of Art
Contract position acquired through the Corporate Chair to develop and execute the responsibilities of the Annual Bal Du Lac Fundraiser for the Milwaukee Art Museum. This challenging position included the management of the Silent Auction, Corporate Table Donations and all strategic event activities for the Bal du Lac. This included working closely with the Friends of Art staff, Board and Chairs (CG Schmidt) to ensure all objectives for the event were on track and executed accordingly. Activities included obtaining Pro Bono Creative Brand services, solicitation and coordination of Silent Auction activities, solicitation and selection of caterer, recruiting volunteer committees for Artistic, Corporate Tables, Silent Auction, Event Assistance, Entertainment, Decorating and Clean-Up. Attendance was doubled that year due to a highly successful team approach.

Hired as a Consultant to develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for satellite office located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Developed and implemented branding collateral materials. Worked with the VP of Business Development, Management and Administrative staff to ensure continuity and implementation company wide. Developed CRM system to assist with marketing and business development activities and trained staff to utilize and track progress. Planned and executed annual Client Golf Outing and other marketing events.

Business Development and Marketing role to assist President in developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales initiatives. Worked with the firm’s Directors to assess business development and marketing goals to develop strategic communications planning and execution. Responsible for developing all branding collateral, presentation design and strategy. Designed and implemented customized firm-wide CRM system utilizing Sage ACT software and designed and launched email marketing campaigns. Trained staff firm-wide to utilize.

Strategic consulting position responsible for developing and implementing firm-wide business development and marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share for construction management and general contracting firm. Developed marketing collateral, newsletters, advertising initiatives, website and email marketing campaign and trained staff to administer. Developed market research program to establish presence in national retail market and ensure the firm’s capabilities were suited for redevelopment.

Business Development role to assist in determining viability of opening Milwaukee based satellite office based on market trends in design and construction. Thorough analysis including demographic research
opportunities and market research through telephone survey of top Milwaukee area architectural and construction management firms. In addition, assessed the Los Angeles based satellite office operational and marketing processes to ensure alignment with corporate office initiatives. Worked with each staff member to gain thorough understanding of their positions and providing feedback to the VP of Business Development in the region.
